Prohibited Activities

You may not use dlcholdingscorp.com to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or abusive API usage will result in immediate account termination.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in cases of serious or repeated violations.

Intellectual Property

All platform technology, branding, and underlying AI models are owned by DLC Holdings Corp. You retain ownership of the video content you generate on paid plans, subject to our acceptable use policy.

Limitation of Liability

DLC Holdings Corp provides the platform on an 'as-is' basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party tools including payment processors and CDN providers. These third parties operate under their own terms, and DLC Holdings Corp is not responsible for their actions or policies.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your account and data. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Your Rights

You may close your account at any time by contacting info@dlcholdingscorp.com. Upon closure, your data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version at dlcholdingscorp.com and update the effective date. Continued use of the service means you accept the revised terms.
